Fostering behavioural change in the workplace goes beyond simply telling people what to do. Participants need to invest in the training process by understanding the concept, connecting with its value, and gaining the skills to take action. Our programme design applies these principles to maximise the effectiveness of our training.
From design to delivery
How we create outstanding programmes

Scoping conversation
It all begins with a conversation to enable us understand the context, objectives and considerations of the programme. What are your organisation’s goals, the desired outcome and the specific needs of your people? What are the success metrics tailored to your objectives?

Course design
We then create a high-level proposal to check our understanding, and offer initial thoughts on content design, logistics and budget. Once agreed, we move on to crafting a custom programme, selecting relevant training models and best practices that align with your objectives.

Participant input
It’s then time for the participants to begin their learning journey. We create a bespoke welcome video, introducing the course leader and outlining the content. At this stage, we also invite participants to complete a short pre-course questionnaire, using an interactive virtual video.

Course delivery
We deliver the programme as either a one-day event, short bite size sessions, or a comprehensive courses over a period of time. Your people can apply theory and practice principles in a safe and supportive environment. We flex and adapt our approach to suit the participants’ needs.

Embedding the learning
Depending on the type of delivery and the duration of the programme, we can provide participants with access to an accompanying pathway on our learning platform. We share course notes, further resources and access to an individual learning log. We can also set reminder ‘nudge emails’ and tasks for them to complete.
