An ILM Level 7 Coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience, Anna specialises in storytelling for business, presentation skills and difficult conversations.

Jide Fadojutimi

With more than 10 years experience working with schools, multinationals and EdTech start-ups, Jide has a particular passion for helping leaders develop high-performing teams.

Emma Kedge

A facilitator and coach specialising in leadership and communication for over 20 years, Emma is accredited by the British Psychological Society for both coaching and competency-based feedback.

Syrus Lowe

With 15 years under his belt, Syrus is a seasoned facilitator with a particular focus on delivering programmes in the areas of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Rina Mahoney

Rina has a Level 5 Coaching Diploma from Warwick University and 30 years of experience as a facilitator and coach, in areas including personal impact and presentations.

Suzy McAthy Williams

With over 15 years experience as a facilitator, Suzy is an alumna of the NeuroLeadership Institute and specialises in personal impact and business storytelling.

A coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience, Pooja is a leadership expert specialising in communication and personal impact.

An NLP Master Coach, over the last 18 years Julia has worked with leaders and teams, specialising in creating gender equality in the workplace.

With a background in marketing, innovation and NPD project management, Louise Mai has over 15 years experience as a facilitator and leadership coach.

Rajneet is a CIPD-accredited facilitator with more than 15 years experience as a facilitator and coach, with a specific focus on EDI and Inclusive Leadership.

Abe Tiyamiyu

With a background in Investment Banking, Abe is a facilitator and communication coach specialising in personal impact and presentation skills.

Lizzie Twells

A Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher, Lizzie has over 10 years of experience as a facilitator, with a particular focus on managing difficult conversations.

Meet the team

Our core team is the foundation of Edison Red. Together we create and collaborate with clients from across the globe.

Justin McCarron

Justin’s time is spent front of house. He works closely with our clients to ensure that the content meets their learning objectives, and leads the research and design of all our training programmes and events. Justin is also part of the Edison Red delivery team.

Michael Miller

Michael looks after everything that happens behind the scenes. Alongside client liaison, he makes sure that all our processes and deliveries run smoothly, and takes care of all the operational, legal and financial logistics.

Cathy McKinnon

Cathy keeps the whole show on the road. She project manages in-person and virtual training sessions, assists with strategic development and oversees the brand design. Cathy also delivers 1-2-1 coaching and group training programmes specialising in resilience.
